LONG TERM

• Monthly rates are based on 28 day occupancy with a meter reading added

• Winter rates are subject to change

• Winter camping requires a heated water hose.  All of our hydrants are heat traced and insulated for your convenience.

• Long term power is metered on sites

SITES       

• Back in / Pull through/Tent sites are available

• 2 Adults & 2 Children under 18 are included in site billing, each additional occupant is $5.00 each per day

• No mats, full size BBQ's please place on gravel not on grass

• No clotheslines, dog leashes on trees, screened tents are allowed without floors

• Fees for Repairing sites Sod Replacement, Tree Replacement, Picnic Tables Etc.

CABINS

• No winter camping

• Minimum 2 day rental on weekends

• Minimum 3 day rental on long weekends

• Non-refundable deposits are required

• Cleaning Fee of $200 minimum for any damages.

SITE SERVICES

• 50 / 30 / 15 amp service

• Town water/sewer/firepit/picnic table / WiFi throughout campground

• All sites have a Level 2 charging capability for electric vehicles.

GROUP AREA, PJ'S GRILLING SHACK, LAUNDRY AND WASHROOM FACILITIES

• Friday / Saturday / Sunday

• Weekend booking there is a 1 night non-refundable deposit 

• 2 Nights / 3 Nights

• For long weekend bookings for Group Area must be paid in full at time of booking.

• 50% Deposit (Non-refundable)

• Sporting Events booking paid in full  (Non-refundable)

• Any damage caused will be charged a minimum $200 damage/cleaning fee.

       

DOGS

• $10.00 / per day / per pet / Short term 7 days or less November 2021

• $2.00 /per day /per pet / 8 days or more long term as of November 2021

• Owners are responsible for picking up after their pets and they must be on leash.

• No portable dog pens on site

• Group area is not a Dog Park. Please be respectful and considerate of your fellow campers.
