Your Guests Stay On-Site
This is the moat no hall in town can match: four themed cabins, RV glamping units, full-hookup sites, and a dedicated group camping area — all steps from the venue. Nobody organizes designated drivers; everybody's at breakfast together.

How many guests does the event centre hold?
The heated 1,000 sq ft hall comfortably hosts 60+ guests — and with a rented event tent on the group area, we easily host 300+ for weddings and large gatherings.
Can we hold our ceremony on-site?
Yes — the Prairie Junction Boardwalk & Church is a picturesque, intimate ceremony setting. The venue includes the event centre with tables and chairs; for decor, catering, and rentals we connect you with trusted local partners.
Can our guests stay overnight on-site?
Yes — that's the Prairie Junction difference. Cabins, RV glamping, RV sites, and the group camping area are all steps from the venue.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes — outside catering is welcome, and the venue includes an open-face BBQ grill, sink, and countertop. Ask us about local favourites.
Is the venue available in winter?
Normally yes — the heated venue books year-round. Note: the event centre is closed October 2026 through February 2027 for our expansion. Winter dates reopen March 2027; cabins, sites, and the spa stay open all winter.
