Power is metered at a flat 30¢/kWh — you pay only for what you actually use, never a padded flat fee. Existing guests retain their current rate during the winter special.

The monthly perk: every long-term, snowbird, and worker guest gets free spa access — private hours in the cedar sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge, included with your site. That’s a private hour in the sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge whenever you want it — yours as part of the monthly rate.

Long-Term Questions

How much does a long-term RV site cost?

Long-term sites are $1,400/month plus metered power at 30¢/kWh — you pay only for the electricity you use — and free spa access is included as a monthly perk. New long-term bookings between November 1 and March 31 qualify for the $900/month winter special.

Is there a minimum stay for monthly sites?

Monthly sites are booked month-to-month. Call us at (403) 742-8855 and we'll match you to the right site and terms.

Can I stay through the winter?

Yes — Prairie Junction is one of central Alberta's only campgrounds open and fully serviced all winter, with heated water access at winterized sites.

Can I receive mail at the resort?

Long-term guests can arrange mail and parcel handling with the office — ask when you book.
